There are a variety of building permits required by the Village of Pinehurst. Business Licenses

The Village does not currently require a license for businesses operating in the Village of Pinehurst. However, if you purchase a business and are changing the use of the property, you must submit a Zoning Use application through the online Permit Center for review by the Planning and Inspections Department.
