The Fleet Department consists of a Fleet Maintenance Director who reports directly to the Assistant Village Manager of Operations and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Two technicians who are responsible for providing regular and preventative maintenance for all vehicles and equipment operated by the Village.  All expenditures of this department are charged back to other departments in the form of internal service charges. 

Areas of responsibility include:

• Maintaining 100 vehicles used to carry out municipal activities
  
  
• Maintaining approximately 65 pieces of equipment used in the delivery of municipal services
  
  
• Performing 200 preventative maintenance (PM) services annually
  
  
• Completing approximately 15 work order monthly
