To report a dead animal on Village streets or right of ways, please complete the form below. Dead animals on state maintained roads (Hwy 5, Hwy 211, Linden Road, Hwy 2/Midland Road, Morganton Road, and Page Road) should be directed to the NC Department of Transportation at 910-947-2233.
