The Village of Pinehurst is proud to announce the launch of a new Performance Dashboards webpage on the Village’s website.
As an ongoing effort to continuously improve performance and demonstrate transparent operations, this new webpage provides the public with real-time updates on the Village’s performance levels. The key performance measures included on the dashboards are critical to achieving the Village's mission to promote, enhance, and sustain the quality of life for residents, businesses, and visitors. The public can access the performance dashboards by visiting www.vopnc.org/performance.
In 2012, the Village adopted the Balanced Scorecard model for performance measurement and in 2016 partnered with QuickScore, a software that fully automates our Balanced Scorecard for staff to manage departmental performance. The Village identified the use of online dashboards as a best practice of performance measurement and deployed resources to complete this project in FY 2019 to continue efforts toward performance excellence.
“Launching the new Performance Dashboards shows our continued commitment to transparency and improvement as we strive to achieve our mission,” said Village Manager Jeff Sanborn. “Residents can now track the Village’s performance on these key performance indicators monthly, relative to the goals set in the annual Strategic Operating Plan.”
