SHAKESPEARE IN THE PINES: ROMEO & JULIET

Shakespeare in the Pines will explore Romeo and Juliet in a fresh perspective. The star-crossed lovers fall in love and embark on a journey to conquer the ancient division between the Capulets and the Montagues. Sadly, forces greater than their pure intentions end their mortal lives. However, the play ends with the re-unification of both houses, a hopeful and moral message about how love can overcome division. Love is the play’s meaning. Love is the hope for all of us!
