Saturday, November 30, 2024 has been designated SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY, a day dedicated to supporting local small businesses that create jobs and boost the economy in Pinehurst and across the nation. 

Again, this year the Village of Pinehurst has designated the entire week of Thanksgiving as Shop Small this Season. As an incentive, those who make purchases at Pinehurst businesses between Monday, November 25 and Saturday, November 30, will be eligible to win a gift basket filled with items from our great Village businesses. This includes purchases at not only Village Center businesses, but all shops, restaurants, and service businesses located in the Village of Pinehurst (including those Pinehurst businesses located on or around Hwy 5, Midland Road, Linden Road, Village Place area, etc). Shoppers from the Pop Up Holiday Market at the Fair Barn on Saturday, November 30 are also eligible. 

Simply bring your proof of purchase(s) to the Welcome Center, 90 Cherokee Road, Monday - Saturday (Closed Thursday) from 10:00am and 4:00pm to be entered into the gift basket drawing. For every receipt you show representing a purchase from a Pinehurst business dated between November 25-30, you will receive one entry - including purchases made at the Welcome Center!  The gift basket drawing will take place on Monday, December 2. You do not need to be present to win.

THANKSGIVING WEEK WELCOME CENTER HOURS:  Monday, November 25 - Wednesday, November 27:  10 am to 4 pm.  Friday, November 29-Saturday, November 30:  10 am to 4 pm

We will have several baskets to give away this year, giving people more chances to win.

The Welcome Center is located at 90 Cherokee Road inside the Theatre Building (directly across from the Roast Office and Given Book Store).
