Members of the Council and staff will be participating at Village Hall, 395 Magnolia Road, Pinehurst, North Carolina as well as remotely, via the virtual meeting platform ZOOM. The meeting will be streamed in real-time on the Village’s website, at www.vopnc.org/live, for public viewing/listening and video-recorded for future reference. The public may submit written comments, to be read aloud during the Public Comment portion of the meeting, by sending an email to publiccomments@vopnc.org.

There is a public hearing schedule for the regular meeting.  All persons interested and wishing to be heard can attend this public hearing at Village Hall or can send their comments to the Village Clerk, at publiccomments@vopnc.org to be read during the public hearing, in order that their opinions may be made a matter of record. There will also be a minimum of a 24 hour comment period following the public hearing where comments can be sent to the Village Clerk prior to action by Village Council.

Following the adjournment of the regular meeting, the Village Council will convene in a work session in Assembly Hall.
