The Village of Pinehurst Planning and Zoning Board will hold their regular meeting at 4:00 p.m. The Board of Adjustment will meet immediately following the Planning and Zoning Board meeting. Members of the Planning and Zoning Board, Board of Adjustment  and staff will be participating at Village Hall 395 Magnolia Rd. Pinehurst, North Carolina as well as remotely via the virtual meeting platform ZOOM. The meeting will be streamed in real-time on the Village’s website, at www.vopnc.org/live , for public viewing/listening and video-recorded for future reference. 

All persons wishing to be heard or comment can attend this meeting at Village Hall or can send their comments to the Clerk to the Board at kbrown@vopnc.org to be read during the public hearing. There will also be a minimum of a 24 hour comment period following the public hearing where comments can be sent to the Clerk prior to action by the Planning and Zoning Board.
