The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) will hold an informal, drop-in open house public meeting on March 7, 2019 from 4:00pm-7:00pm at the Aberdeen Lake Park Recreation Center, 301 Lake Park Crossing, Aberdeen. The purpose of the meeting is to gather public comment on proposed improvements to Highway 5, south of Pinehurst. At this meeting, maps showing the project design will be available for review and NCDOT officials will be on hand to answer questions. 

Prior to this meeting, the NCDOT will hold a local officials' meeting to discuss the project on March 7, 2019 at 1:00pm in the Town of Aberdeen's Town Hall, 115 N. Poplar Street. The public is welcome to attend.
