Spread holiday cheer this season with the annual Christmas Tree Lighting in the Village of Pinehurst. The evening will include on-stage musical performances, cookie decorating, photos with Santa Claus and a mailbox for letters that Santa will take back to the North Pole!

The lighting of the tree is scheduled for 6:30PM.

Admission is free but food and beverages will be available for purchase. Canned goods and non-perishable food items will be collected for the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina (Sandhills Chapter).

The Parks & Recreation Department will provide FREE shuttles for the Christmas Tree Lighting to make parking more convenient. Shuttles will run from 4:30pm-8:00pm and pick up will be at the flag pole in front of Village Hall (395 Magnolia Road). Park at Village Hall or Rassie Wicker Park and enjoy a stress free ride downtown, and back!
