Welcome to the Village's Performance Dashboard

As part of an ongoing effort to continuously improve performance and demonstrate transparent operations to the public, the Village of Pinehurst invites you to view our performance dashboard. The dashboard allows you to view year-to-date performance levels for key performance measures that are critical to achieving the Village's mission to promote, enhance, and sustain the quality of life for residents, businesses, and visitors. Following the end of each fiscal year, the Village releases a State of the Village annual performance report. View the State of the Village reports here.

Navigating the Dashboards

The dashboards are organized according to the Balanced Scorecard Goals established annually by the Village Council. You can find a table below listing these goals, their corresponding Strategic Objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Each entry is hyperlinked for easy access to more detailed information.

To help you quickly assess the status of each KPI, the dashboard uses a color-coding system:

  • Green means the KPI is meeting or surpassing the Village's goals.
  • Yellow indicates that the KPI is falling short of the goal but remains within an acceptable range and should be monitored.
  • Red signals that the KPI is not meeting the desired outcomes and may need intervention.

Please be aware that the performance scores displayed on these key KPI dashboards reflect only the measures listed, not the entire departmental dashboards
